Yeah its about 2-3 miles out of Hodent, have a badger at this: http://www.carp.com/carp-forum/viewtopic.php?t=34845 i fished it with a few friends for the first time a couple of weeks ago, we fished the top pool (follow the track all the way to the left and round the coarse fishing pool) we had the first cat of the year out that was on worm in the middle of the day; all the carp fell to either strawberry or triffle bollies i beleive; although on a warm day like today the owner said bread up on the top pool seems to work well. Judging from what other people have said about the place and from talking to others around the pool it can get quite busy at times; it wasnt to bad when we were there though. hope thats some use to you bud, might well see you there myself if your there next week. went to marchamley for the first time the weekend just gone, spent friday and sat nyt camped up at the top pool, nice little water, we had the first cat of the year out accordin to the owner, at just under 13lb; and a couple of carp, the biggest being 14lb10. think we will be heading back at some point, seeing as the owner told us hes waiting on a call to go pick up a 30lb cat sometime soon!!
