Hi people im off to cassien in april anyone got any info on fishing that time of year

Hi mate i just got back last week the barraige had a leak an d the water was well down as ever the ducth guys told us we should have been the week before it was fishing its nuts off with one fish out of 36kg and loads of good 20kg fish we had a hard time started in the north arm but went to the south after 3 days i had 1 cat and my mate lost a lump in the boat the crays were a nightmare and the chats. Take tigers as this was the only bait that you could put out and hope i had air dryed bait craft t1 like granite but they still got to em see jim at arbousiers restaraunt he will let you have takeaway food say hi from rik and mark from guernsey hope you catch

Hi my mate own's this lake and its been fishing well all summer with most people having 50 fish per week but up to 100 if your lucky carp to 40 cats to 70 i know he offers end of season deals i would think in your price range

Hi mate i found that bait craft t1 is really good when the chats are a problem they just dont like it unlike the carp i fished 16 hours at etang bertie and had a 16lb common 27lb common and a 31 .4 lb mirror its not all fish action though just come back from cassien today 1 skimmer and a lost cat in 7 days down the south arm

Hi guys this is my first post I fished fishabil loads in the late 90s and had 75 carp between two of us in a week up to 33lb. Long range is the best fish your hook baits about 20 feet off the side of your baited area as the bigger fish hang back. We used to take 25kg of hemp 25kg of their glm pellet and around 15kg boilies i used really short stiff rigs and pulled them out the heavy silt not the norm i know but they found em hard to gob out hope this helps
