ive always bought korda wide gape in the past but after reading this thread i thought id order some fox arma that everyone is talking about. Well they arrived today & what a difference, omg they are so much sharper than the korda ones, i tried some mustad hooks the other day & again no where near as sharp as these fox arma ones. i know which ones will be going in the bin lol. shame they dont do them in a 12

kryston mantis dark is black with a grey fleck in it. its coated but easy enough to remove

Hi all, ive done a search but couldnt find anything. After reading a number of posts on braid ive gone & bought some Kryston Mantis dark. one thing i would like to know although it might sound stupid to some people & please remember im new to fishing. Is it always best to remove the coating when tying a knot on the swivel or forming a loop. Thanks Lee
