Well i just visited this location and i was amazed.The pond is in a good location out of the way and the features on the water are great for those who like a challenge. 1 Big island in the center and lilly patchers in the center & sides Good hard standings too I took a walk around and noticed some good carp/ghost carp well in the high doubles.This pond looks great for those who like a fighting challenge. I have popped in there daily charges and membership prices below There are no Day Permits available during the Closed Season.   2. Hi all, i went to Green Lane Ponds,Scorton yesterday and had a good days fishing.I fished the first lake that you come to and there was plenty of roach,pearch,carp showing. I used the pole on the near margins and used Prawns as my bait.I had a good deal of Pearch and also Carp. I then went on to the small lake were not many people fish and started to hit the bigger Carp on prawns using a rod on a free line no weight. This worked very well and produced a few Mirrors,Commons the biggest was just short of 12lbs. The cost of the Pond is now £6 for the day and £4 for a child to fish.Be aware that they charge an extra £2 for a second rod I hope the info above is some help to others Tight Lines all
