  1. Where have you read this?? teflon coating was designed to give a non flash finish not to stop the hook from going blunt
  2. iv never used it personally but a mate of mine has fishing on the same lake as me. He was very impressed with it but me not being a lead core fan didnt bother to try it . its been out along time now and alot of shops are trying to clear the stuff at low prices . My mate had a few nice fish on them so it might be worth a try. You also got the protection to the fish with this as its coated . Good luck trying it
  3. Depends is you want to sit there all day threating it . . either or just as good
  4. maybe shrink tubeing springs into mind ?? much cheaper . .
  5. my opinion on this is that its just another one of those money making schemes . . Tryed them whenthe first came out and i had so many less pick ups!
  6. I was going to say how is it possible to use a korda leeder as a shock learder . I do think the leeders are good quallity and a good idea however i prefer to use rig tubeing as the lake i fish is not too big so i dont have problem with casting long range with the stuff. If your new to carp fishing try going for the more simple things like bolt clips and inlines. cant go wrong . Look out for the rigmorole rig tubeing . May be expensive but well worth the money. Sinks , good for casting and easy to thread ! Good luck and get em ont he bank !!!
  7. I dont really see anything wrong with them. The most common heard problem about these is that the line diggs in the to pu coating on the leader. That is simply there to coat the mono core not to protect it in anyway. THe korda tackle and tips is pretty good at explaining all the korda goodies. Might be worth you getting hold of a copy from your local tackle shop
