thanks alot guys, have tried the esp stiff filament on 15lb and although is snug through a size 7 stiff rigger esp hook, it still works! p.s good tip on chopping the line tip!!

ah thanks zander! there must be a way of using the knotless knot also though as its how everyone explains to make it as well as the instructions inside the stiff rig packet!

this may seem like a stupid question but ive been trying to make a d-rig for the first time but when using stiff 20lb line, i cannot pass it through the eye of the hook 3 times as required. Im using the esp line and hooks that go together but how am i meant to do this? Any help would be appreciated!
