Thats right mate he has just stocked a 66lb Mirror and some 30,s and 40,s as well! 66lb!! Now that a stock fish..I reckon that depending on the time of year you go there could be anything up to 5 or 6 60,s - Awesome.

Can only endorse what everybody has said its a Fantastic Lake I have been 8 times now and have yet to blank! Have had fish to 50+ and only had about 5 Bream in total and never found them a problem. Re Rats never had a problem with them either and the lads that seem to are the ones that have bait, Biscuits etc etc lying all over the place uncovered so what do you Expect! as in the UK we are never more than 10ft from a Rat so what do people expect out in the Country..Come on Guys! Listen to the advice from John as he knows his lake and his fish and you cant go wrong its simple as that really. The facillities are excellent and anything you could think of is on hand to make your stay enjoyable and I cant think of one thing thats lacking If anybody wants any info or advice them please PM me as I will only be too happy to help if I can.

Has anyone been to Le Grand Etang its part of Carplimo waters. Its just that my mates going there and he has no access to a pc so I sdaid I would ask. Any help, tips or advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys.

Hi Guys Am looking for a water in France for a session in April and prob twice more in the year. Have fished a lot of the commercial waters and a few of the rivers so what I am after is a Large Government Lake or a very large commercial venue do not want a runs water. Not bothered about roughing it so if anyone knows of anything 50+ acres get in touch. You can PM and I know how to keep my mouth shut! Cheers Guys

Ok Guys am off to France on Sat for a week has anybody got any info on where to go? was just going to fish the rivers but now fancy a commercial fishery. Someone mentioned Domaine des iles to me - any good? Any help gratefully received Oh and forgot to add I will be in a Campervan not a Bivvy - too cold and need my luxuries lol
