Sound's like that will be your best bet. I did speak to someone a little while ago and their advice was to give the lake a couple of days for the colour to drop off after rain. The Baliff told me that a few fish had been coming out though.

Don't be too disheartened mate. I've had some good days 6 or 7 fish in a session. Nothing too big though max around 15lb but the weather was against us today.

Fished it today. Didn't have much luck i'm afraid nor did anyone else from what I saw. Have fished it a few times before and have caught using hair rigged pellet around the man made islands.
