    I was a member for 1 season about 8 years ago. To be 100% honest I wouldn't bother with it! The owner is a little strange to say the least and there are too many other members for the puddles available to fish in. From what I remember it was also prettey expensive for what is essentially 4 large garden ponds. On the plus side it is VERY secure for your tackle and car, and the social scene was good. Hope this helps.

    I used to be a member of Windermere and District. They have a nice overgrown weedy estate lake under their control near to Windermere Golf course. I spent about 12 24hr sessions on it and only ever saw 2 other anglers. There was a boat and a huge weed rake available for use, but I did better fishing into the weed. Loads of naturals so i opted for particle baits. Hope this helps.
