Yes but its private. There is no access as the luxury villas there surround the lake.

Lots of small fish, plenty over 10 lb.

I live in La Cala, been here 10 years. I've fished extensivley over this area for carp. The best place without doubt is Los Barrios. Lake is called Charka Redonda, its huge and snaggy but plenty of 20s. 3 to 6 20s in a 24hr session is normal, if you know what you are doing.
