Ive fished broadlands 3 times all quick overnighters when i drop the missus down her mums in portsmouth for a night.(Always get back for sunday roast tho).Ive had 2 sessions of 1 fish and 1 session of 3 fish.Can get busy but have taken all fish from up against the island apart from 1 that was taken from the near bank.Plenty of fish to go for but does get busy at weekends.All fish have come in hours of dark due to not getting to the lake till about 6 in evening and normally packing up bout 10ish in morning.Wouldnt drive down from hertfordshire just to fish there tho.

Now benson was supposedly from the river with his mate hedges and when flooded were supposedly to have come from the river but with all the speculation only a couple of people no the real truth the person who brought him over the channel and the person who stocked him.

Yeh, if Benson somehow swam all the way over from France.... I thought he swam from Holland he is actually from belgium

Hi how are u doing swim 6 i think is a good swim not fished it but mates have.When are u down and are u going with paul hunt????? Right as said braid is a good way to go but be very carefull when fishing locked up as u have no stretch in the braid and ive seen rods go that have even been pegged in i tend to go as tight as i can but just about pull a little line out.Swim six looks across and u can see 11 thru the islands where there are a couple of small humps that can do a few fish also u have the big islands but be warned peg 8 has the spot just at the back of the island so if u see a boat come round just make sure they dont go to far up also uyou have 2 channels that are snag cith where alot of the fish get caught let me know when you are going as im out there in 8 weeks in peg2 and peg 6 is known as the freezer swim

the fish with no mouths and that was 10 years ago never been back only 5 mins away..............

yeah im gona use 12lb sensor never had a problem with this just switched to krystonite for main line this stuff is invisible in the clear pit im on

whats this gear like going back on nylon hooklenths for my gravel fishing but like the looks of this for my silt fishing any1 used it??????thx steve
