Some nice 20's in railway, Snag has a lot of smaller fish, and the factory pond has a 30 (depending on time of year) Get the NSAA ticket to fish it it works out a fair bit cheaper than the Highbridge ticket. Night fishing is extra you need to pay a extra fiver each time you night fish.
