Good to see you’ve already got a lot of the groundwork done — manufacturer, bait deal, clothing partner, and social following is more than most people have at this stage.
On the launch side, the biggest thing I’d focus on is not trying to “open everything at once,” but creating a clear entry point for customers. A lot of new retail setups in niche hobbies struggle because they launch as a full catalogue but without a strong reason for someone to buy now instead of from established suppliers.
