Thanks guys, customer service at fox has a lot of room for improvement! On one reel the bait runner adjuster has come off and on the other the handle keeps sticking

Has anyone got or used the ngt dynamic reels? I've got 3 fox eos 10000 reels and 2 have broken. I'm on a pretty tight budget so at £30 each they don't look too bad
