Have just bought a load of bio degradable corn starch packing peanuts ...as sick of paying a fiver fot a little bag ..my question is are these the same as the gardner ones ..i have read that there is pva peanuts and also starch ones which I have bought ..they look the same as the gardner ones ..and after researching online I have found thst they do dissolve on water ..but will they dissolve any quicker than the pva ones ..or are they one and the same thing ?? ..Thanks

Mate tbf I found it to be absolute tosh and I won't he going anywhere near it again

I have changed to fox exocet 16lb and up to now I'm finding it to be very good line im quite impressed with it ..but time will tell as have only had it on my reels a week ..but have landed 4 fish in that time with snapped line and have found it to be really good to cast etc

Any body else had trouble with this line I have been snapped twice today clean off ...may be it was a dodgy spool but after today I have lost all confidence in this line and I will be going back to diawa sensor or berkley big game as have used both in the past with no trouble ..why I didn't just stick with what I know I'll never know ..but we live and learn I supose

I used to fish king george v pool altrincham back in the late 90s ......I remember reading a few yrs ago they lost lot of fish one cold winter ..I was wondering if anyone has fished it recently and if so what is the stock like and how is it fishing ..thanks in advance
