I work for Bank Tackle, and I assure any readers that we never tell customers that the responsibility is with Royal Mail. I strongly suspect the OP is deliberately trying to discredit the company. If this is not the case, then I would suggest the OP pop us an email and we can get the issue sorted for them.1 point
