frosty63
horton lake is a lovely lake loads of carp in there but nothing big low 20s lots of 15s,if you live with in a 12 mile ring of chichester then you can get in to CDAS fishing club,3 lakes with big carp and cost is very cheap £80 for the year,
parhamandy
My dad worked at the ARC/Tarmac etc etc pit for nearly forty years so i know all of them in the area very well. I take it the ones you are refering to ar down in the bottom pit and not in the pit at hampers lane, if so my knowledge of the carp in there is very limited, a few friends had a few pasties out about 20 years ago now, and i got snapped up on a snag near the water inlet at the far end, but i think they are few and far between in any of the lakes, and dont think they go to any particular size. Saying this thoug it yas been about 16 - 18 years since i fished it
