Big and Little Orlitts /Boyers leisure

Hi,

hunting around for a water to fish , any one know what these two are like, Fished farlows nice water shame about the goings on there , not some where i fancy fishing on my own to often ,but looked on there site and noticed these two and for £80 sounds a bargain
