bazw23
Am considering applying for a membership for ADAC, the only water that I'm really interested in is Boothsmere, I've looked at the info on ADAC website, doesn't really give much detail anyone fished it and got any decent information on it. One bit of information I'm after is how busy it gets and do you struggle to get pegs? Cheers

bazw23
Hi Twiny, Thanks for the info, I take it that it is possible to get access to the place and have a look round without being a member? If so will go and take a look myself. Cheers

rscosworth
Been there, fished it, many times. Scale your tackle down to what you need, and leave the rest in your boot... it can be a real slog across that field! Canadian geese tend to congregate from all over the uk it seems, cows will poke their heads into your doorway, and the swans are always ready for a feed. However, I really enjoyed my time on there, catching countless doubles, a couple of scraper 20s, and the big Common twice at 25-12 and 26-04. put the effort in, get plenty of feed in during summer, and chuck a small bag into the weed for runs from the smaller carp.
