It's my bf's birthday in a few weeks and want to surprise him with a few days away where we can fish for 20lb+ carp. Ideally want lodge or cottage to have hot tub, fishing from the door and be dog friendly, with a bit of touristy stuff to do too locally. It's an important birthday so looking for a bit of luxury!!!
