I found Prowess company, they are from France and have some interesting products. Maybe some of you guys have something from them? Or know something more?

Here is one video where guy (known as a rod breaker) hits a 3oz lead over 160m with 12” 3.25lb. 

Pretty impresive piece of equipment.
