dayvid Posted June 13, 2017 Report Posted June 13, 2017 From 2014 , fro a member on here Google "hamworthy lake" in poole, dorset - its council ran, deep crytal clear sand pit with some lovely carp in it its a stunning pond, just has a few problems with pikeys, but ive personally never had any problems myself. Had some lovely commons out to 20lb+ but its fairly tricky, also still enforces the close season, but it is FREE TO FISH! woohoo!! Its off the haven holiday camp in poole, at least worth a walk around mate. Its one of my favourite waters. Quote
Gwaters92 Posted June 14, 2017 Author Report Posted June 14, 2017 Okay no worries ,yeah I have been up walking around recently. What baits are good there ? Any good swims ? Down by the lilies look decent and off the spit as well ? When did you catch the commons ? Cheers for the reply by the way. Really appreciate it Quote
