Looking for a venue review on Darenth

Hello all,

 

Has anyone fished at Darenth fishing complex in Dartford recently?

 

Im thinking of going there soon as it's local but i've heard a few bad things about it although these were a couple of years old so I was wandering if anyone has been there recently.

hi mate, i used to fish long lake a couple of years ago, never had any bother myself but did hear a few rumours, last time i fished it there were a few fish going belly up but the baliff didnt seem that bothered so i never went back, as far as the fishing goes try and go during the week , its nice and quite, its had some lovely carp in there with a good average weight [around the 20 mark] and some massive cats [ over 100] staying mobile seemed to work best for the carp and stalking in the corners could be very productive,
