returning to carp fishing after 10 years

i last fished in germany. so uk carp waters are new to me.

you have clive vale, buckshole resoviours in hastings.

but if you are just returning i would try wylands in battle.

7 lakes from dads n lads to spei lakes.

try the local tackle shops. if you go over into kent the world is your oyster

No Doug, the one in Catshill if I remeber, and had a big old Pub at one end...

if so i work about 1mile away i have found it on the map but nobody i work with semms to know anything about it.

now im curious

Doug, really sorry but I can't remember as it was 20+ years ago!

 

A very long lake of around 11 acres and VERY silty and shallow, but near the Pub was a deeper area, so I set up there, that's the only reason, HONEST

The Pub/Inn did fantastic food, and the fishing was awesome, I ended up with 27 doubles to 20lbs in a 5 day sesh, members at the time were catching 2-3 fish a week!
