goldcoin79 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Hi All, I am trying to get advice on what club to join out of Watford Piscators or Verulam Angling Club. I have searched the web but most of the forums have old info on them. I am not looking for a runs water but I mainly fish full days and do a few nights a year so am looking for a water with some good fish to go for but you stand a chance of catching doing days only. Any advice on either of these clubs and waters you recommend will be appreciated. Quote
willi4692 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Verulam for me, Watford has had a lot of bad press in the past with regards to Tolpits. Over pruning, bad stocking decisions etc. Also with Verulam you have the Toadless leather to go at and you can't argue with that! Quote
