I'm looking to join Maynard witch is near Crawley there some big fish in there but the fella wants to check all your gear he don't want no crap on his lake and don't like all the yobbos
Never tried that wire mill. I've been to orchard lakes near elphics it's got 7 lakes was snowing but still good well looked after lakes going to try that again now the weather's warmer. Also honey pots is good fish the small lake as the big lake is hard fishing and fished too much. I went beavers first week in Jan this year done 24 hours had 4 bream and landed on 15 lb Carp and lost a bigger carp. Was the only on catching as other people were using bait boats in the winter come on.
Only ever fish prairie, kettle and plantation biggest I've had there is 24. Plantation I had none coz the group of people I went with were too noisey and on plantation it's 1 acre so a small lake and little noise produces good results
Rooster booster
Elphics lakes is good if you can get on North lake I think they got a carp in there that goes to 57 lb. I know there fish are imported but what does that matter it's a big carp at the end of the day but book now if you can
Mate it is true the carp is a french fish but the fisherie is always busy from the new year people book up the specimen lakes all the way through to the winter it's a well looked after place
No offence taken just fort I'd ask for some advice as speaking to people on her really helps.. just going to keep going to the same lakes for a while and study them cheers people
I was fishing kettle lake I had 1 fish with the first 3 how's of my session it was 9 lb 6 oz that was it the bloke next to was using different bait. I was on kettle lake and using carp company icelantic reds..... This weekend I'm fishing the prairie lake so going to try essential baits see how I get on
