hi all, my lads trying to talk me into going to watery gate, thurlaston leicestershire this weekend. its only a few minutes up the road from me so easy to get to, have read some posts that say its a great place to fish but, a load more that say it can be noisy with chavs turning up with campers vans and sucking on a can of carling, music all night, litter all over the place, rats pinching your bait and worst of all, fish stocks seem to have gone down. the last post i read was 2010, so not recent. can anyone tell me of any recent trips they have had there ? and what was it like ? cheers.
