I am looking into joining the Essex Carp Syndicates lakes, The Mill and The Rise. I have spoken with the head bailiff, Mitch, and he seems like a decent bloke. I don't live in England any more, so the more I can find out before I join the better, since I have very limited time to fish when I come over.
Does anyone have any recent information about these lakes? In particular, I'm interested in fishing at the Rise, which is very close to my dad's pub, and would greatly appreciate any information about this lake.
