Fished it for one night last year, won't be going back. Swans wiped my mates bait out within 15 mins of baiting up, we did not see any action what so ever. Four other friends did four nights for three fish. Was really hard going. Owner is a bit fussy on the phone, but can't blame the guy for being concerned over who gets it. What did it for me was the fact that they walk their own dogs around the lake and they allow them to mess everywhere. Three piles, betwen three pegs where we were. Who wants that for £25 a night?
