hi used this venue as my first ever carp outing bagged over 50lb of fish in 7 hrs useing 2 rods one on a feed the other on a float set up (caught more on the feeder) lovly lake would recomend using corn as a hook bait

hello all, ive just started carp fishing after many years of genral course fishing i visited north view lakes, gedneyhill for my first carp outing and loved every minute of it. i started fishing at 9 am and finished at 4 pm catching over 50lb of fish ranging from 3lb up to 14lb using 2 rods one on a open end feeder with a basic ground bait, corn and small pellet mix the other rod on a float set up fishing with corn. the lake its self was exellent clean very little weed and really nice people running it. they do allow night fishing and have a hot food bar for those wishing to use it.there is also tench, barbel and a large catfish in the lake
