yes fished this swim 2 times with my mate. great swim . as u look out to the lake, the swim on the left caught more. we didnt put loads of bait out . we fished .the method.sticks.singles.stringers. baitboated pellets out. halibut and there own pellets out there shop !!!! we were told they reared the carp on um. had loads of fish . but this was 2003-2004 . 40lb was biggest had 2 30s on at the same time. bet we had about 15 30s and 20 od 20plus fish. hope u do well . if i went back again that is the swim i would want... i here the fish r loads bigger now.. good look..

valdore. great place to fish. lake 1 and 2 best. first went 7 years ago it was quiet then but now very popular .. i here a 70lb + is the lake 1 record now .. deff give this place a go mate

just got back from there mate.. chill had a good week .. had 4. 30s 6. 20s lots of 17s 18s 19s did great on maize .. placed 3 rods close to far bank. dont put loads of bait in it atracts the catfish my mate had a 46 and 47lbder. yuck. i used my baitboat with about 50 grains of maize around each hookbait worked a treat. if u aint got a baitboat u can hire a boat off the owner and row across to far bank its only £5 a day.. we hired one it gives u a reel advantage. oh i also lost some big fish aswell so i could have caught more . hope this helps. andy

oh no...just booked up for there.. they neva said anything about fish losses.. had a nightmare last year someware else ..
