i fish a silty local water, i always used esp striptease until about 6 months ago, i was given a spool of 'fox coretex' by a mate. its a coated braid with a black coating. altough it is available in different colours. the coating is one of the easiest i have come across to remove too, easily peeling away with a fingernail.
for a coated braid its still supple at the same time retaining some stifness for use in combi rigs etc.
since i first used it i have had an increased number of takes, probably 15 - 20 percent. i wouldnt use any other braided hooklink now.
