last time i went there it was flooded, about 10 days ago. apparently the cement works have closed so theyve turned off the pumps. bit of an arguement going on as to who will pay if the pumps are turned on. as to bait youl have trouble getting any info as its all a bit secretive. use what your confident in & plenty of prebaiting.

does anyone know of this lake near brooklands. the sports centre end of powder mill lane. a dead end road . the lake is being worked on by J.W.clubb who are extracting the gravel.you cant sea the the lake unless you go along the dead end road road. ive been told its run by the OTTERS ANGLING CLUB. anyone help ?.

you could use one of the coated braids with the last 3inches or so stripped off, this will give you the flexibility of braid without the tangles

had a walk round there. only a few swims & very overgrown. will give it a go tho. thanks

i belong to DDAPS SO FISH ALL THEIR WATERS. MEMBER OF NORTHFLEET ANGLING WHICH NOW RUNS BLUE LAKE. THIS HAS RECENTLY BEEN REOPENED BY THEM & IS NOW GATED & PADLOCKED. MEMBERS ONLY HAVE KEYS. A 44LB MIRROR CAME OUT THIS YEAR. STONE CASTLE IS NOW CLOSED . I ALSO FISH THE INN ON THE LAKE WHICH IS ANOTHER NORTHFLEET LAKE.

HAS ANYONE FISHED THIS LAKE. ANY TIPS , HELP . ?
