ok thanks its just some times i cast out sit down thinking did it tangle as it hit the bottom and i do tend to fish a lot of clay pits i think i will get 20 meters of pva stocking and put one on every cast .Tight Lines rich

i tend to use silkworm 12lb or esp ghost 12lb with 2" of silkworm as a combi but i do use a pva stocking some times but when i use a rig with nothing on it tends to tangle round the lead when i reel in .rich

hi thanks i will be getting a few kilos of red factor as when i fished wadmill they were great and they work on all the other waters i fish do you know what kind of bottom paddockshas got got (ie) clay silt ect and good luck for sunday i am really looking forward to my 48 next fri . hi i have booked up to do 48 hour session next week at todber manor on the paddock lake was wondering if any one had fished this lake before any info would be ace thanks tight lines rich

just the day but we have booked the paddock for 48 hrs in june did try to get on paddock and big hayes but they were full this weekend

i find by pulling through a closed fist a few times helps and then i pin it in my rig wallet as stright as possible then when you go to use it its dead stright . rich

hi was wandering if any one has fished the todber paddock specimen lake will be fishing this lake in june for 48 hours was hoping to get some info on it like bait and methods i will also try and have a go for the catfish as well so if any one can point me in the right direction .. thanks rich

hi i was wondering if any one had fished Todber paddock lake or big hayes and was wandering how big the un hooking matt had to be i have just got a bennie filled mat with a nice thick edge its about 48" x 32" is that ok for this lake or lakes hope some one can help thanks rich

Hi i live in poole dorset and was wandering if any one lives in the area their is a small lake local that is called alder hills lake in parkstone was hopeing someone in the poole area has any info on it . I heard there are large carp and pike but have never had any luck in the 4 times i have fished only had a few tench but nice size hoping some could help thanxs rich
