  3. North east tackle and supplies in Hartlepool? I joined with them for access to Hart Resevoir and a couple of other spots. Havent this year though, just didnt seen to get looked after at all. Mind, it's the water board that just dont bother with it I think. Not sure how the bay lifs are round there now?
  4. Now Mate! Yea, Raker/3 lakes/Thorp Underwood. Mind aint been to underwood since end 2009. It's just a bit of a mission kartin all the kit about, tried to slim it all down but am sure you know that's easier said than done Was gona give Selby a shot again in few weeks but thought it would be worth askin if anything else was worth the trip if nothing closer. James!
  5. Now All. Am after a list of lakes around the north east (30-40 mins out of hartlepool/middlesbrough) that you can recomend for Carp. Im trying to find some places a little closer to home than down York way. Mainly just some nice quiet places to get the rods wet for half day/24hours (no groups of kids, no daft arses getting drunk) just people wanting to land carp. Any advice would be great. Cheers!

  8. Now People! Am just wondering if anyone knows of any good Lakes around the Middlesbrough area (or around 30 Miles) thats good for carping 24h? I aint been getting me rods wet long (about 2 years) and usually go to Raker or Thorpe Underwood but fancy a change now, time to get out on my own n see what I can pull in. Any advice would be spot on... Cheers!
