  1. The first things I would change in any of my rigs are the Hair length and the Rig length.

If you want to create an extending rig use a length of silicon tubing and fix it over the swivel end of the rig. With a braid hooklength of say 12 inches have 4inches of tubing. Extend the tubing down the braid and then let go, it will draw the Braid back inside it, you then have a hooklink that extends when you get a take.

iv tried that but you couldnt do that for a hook lenght

  2. i was fishin the lake in danson park the lake it stacked full of small fish to around 6lb with some 20s i only ever relly fish there to get a bend in the rod. when fishing one day i lost 3 fish in a row due to hook pulls then i found some green power gum in my bag it said 14lb on it so i put it on and never lost a fish and even landed a 18lb3oz mirror on it however i dont have alot of confidence in it because its really tricky to tie knots in it and it stretches so much iv tried glue but still have douts any one eles used it what are your thoughts???

  3. i have used difficult rigs combi rigs, d rigs, bent rigs ect ect but i have had my biggest fish of 28lb 5oz on a simply running lead with a 10 centimeter hybrid hook length y over complicate things when you can do better when you dont makes me wonder...
