    We have inherited some land with a lake that has carp fish. We don’t fish but are thinking of setting up a fishery service; do we as land owners need a licence to offer this service? We don’t fish ourselves and are aware you need a personal licence to fish if we decide we want to take up this hobby but looking at it from a business point of view. Thanks.
