Thanks for the reply! What's the clutch like on the windcasts? Regards to the felt washers? Does it stay smooth for long? Half the reason I'm considering the Penn's is the carbon washers but if the daiwas stay smooth I'd rather them

So I'm on the lookout for a set of reels! Thinking Penn affinity 2. Got good reviews seem quality for the price or should I pay the extra for the new daiwa 19 emblem 45's? Or any other recommendations for that price point!

Hi all new to the forum! So just recently started carp fishing however fished for many years! Looking for new rods currently have vaderx. £200 for a pair max budget, need to chuck a bag 100-120 max.My techniques ok and getting better, not much weed where I fish! Looking at daiwa powermesh or avid traction which of these would you choose or any other suggestions welcome. Cheers
