What hooks you using mate?

Have you sharpened them?

Nash Pin Point Claw Suze 6.

Always do a touch up with the Gardener Hook Sharpener, even though there mega sharp out the pack.

Ok, not the hook then, have you got any idea why you dropped the fish?

Id adjust the length of the hair, maybe the rig too.

That's my thoughts, from when I used to get bites, some years ago 😭

The rigs were 7inch long, on semi stiff stiff braid, Ronnie rigs, I was using bait screws for the baits...1 Grain Pop Up Maize n 1 12mm Krill (Good) Pop up.

Mate was using exactly same, we were in swims next to each other, we sort of had a patch/bed of particle n boilies in the middle of us between the swims....his right hand rod n my left hand rod were on the edge of the patch, and we had 1 each down the opposite margins too...ALL his fish came from the patch, only 1 of mine did.

Blankety blank!

Same for me. Just got back from a 24 hour session and only had a few half hearted plucks. A mate 2 swims up couldn't hardly sleep due to fish boshing out and constant line bites, at least I got a decent nights kip apart from 1 pull at 1a.m.
