I saw a you tube video of this being absolutely hit and the caster emptied the spool when it sailed out

found it

I saw him crack-off at a casting competition, a few of us went to find the leader, we walked over half a mile looking for the leader. Never found it, it must have travelled beyond the fence, over a road and into the fields opposite.

I watched this and many more while doing my research, I don't think I'll be emptying the spool on my reel though. 😂

Nice bit of kit mate and as "ouch" said, good luck in christening them.

When I decided that sea fishing was for me I nearly got a pair of these but  as all my carp rods are Harrison I decided to go with Harrison for my sea rods and had a pair of Torrix P2's custom built.

Don't get me wrong, this will be my Personal fishing brolly system now, BUT I've got 3 little niggles...

1. You actually have to put the 2 side supports to have the full frame support, with the front over the top brolly support. So I don't thinknits a day brolly for me.

2. Too many pockets, so I may remove the netted pockets off the side supports and use just for support only.

3. All the system in a bag is quite heavy.

It's a similar set up to my magnetix with 4 posts, you can get away with just the front ones but it never looks as neat lol

I like a pocket I would keep them 😉

Just had a butchers, do look similar, might keep 1 side, as there's 2 pockets in the Vapor Shield near the centre of brolly.

Food mixer just turned up... you didn't think I was mixing by hand the odd kilo is one thing knocking out multiples would be hard work just need the caulking gun and steamer.

Went with a 4.8 litre can handle a kilo of flour mix for bread dough nice little kitchen aid mixer so should be spot on for the stiffest of mixes.

Not a purchase as such more a creative expression, I decided I didn't want to buy a finger stall but thought I've ridden my luck too long not using one, this is a mk2 kevlar glove conversion, mk1 was terrible this one will do nicely and it was free 😂16745072057216863960812302147323.thumb.jpg.c0f4f3677362dc2c55d449a996371f2f.jpg

Not a purchase but I've been fannying with my new rucksack this morning, have to say I like it I can get all my toot in it, it's organised, I've got enough pouches and pockets and it just works nicely I think, it's modular and I have a place for everything you know I dream of organisation in my fishing cos the rest of my life is chaos and another bonus it will all slide under the bedchair, very happy with it

I also changed the batteries in my bite alarms today,

I think I've been bitten by a false widow spider too, it hurts a bit, been a busy day and I've been to work and walked the dog and that

Looks angry 😳… I could say to make you feel better, it’s not the finger you cast with or pick your nose with. 😉

Some pics of your new rucksack would come in handy as Iv haven’t decided on one yet 👍

Hi Elmo .

Hopefully this doesn't come across as patronising , but if the inflammation starts spreading along the finger you will seek medical help won't you ? .

Are you running a temperature ? .

😃
