dalthegooner
My new rod holdall that arrived about an hour ago, it's a Daiwa Infinity 12' 3+3. I should have got the 13' one as my 12'6" pellet waggler doesn't fit !!!!! Oops

dalthegooner
I've just taken delivery of a fully loaded Korum Maxi Rig Manager. It's well made, compact and thought out. I think that it's well worth the money (£21.50 from Ebay).
biff600
Well I think that I am good enough to use two carp rods now, so I've just bought a Nash H-Gun, a Shimano baitrunner, and a spool of Daiwa Sensor, and some new boots to keep me feet warm. Now to get out there at some point and christen them all !!
newmarket
Good for you biff . Is it gonna be sticks or pod ?
biff600
Pod, it's one I've had for a while that I use for pike fishing, so I have a couple of alarms and drop-offs. Unfortunately I won't be able to fish until at least the 23rd of this month due to being away at work But rest assured, I'll wear the rings out in no time
polepot
I boughy a new Carp Cradle - bigger than any fish I am likely to catch but I want to be able to look after my fish and this cradle can definitely do that.
newmarket
Glad to hear it pp , i recently invested in the cyprinus version . Marvellous bit of kit for very little money . You can carry all sorts of stuff in it as well. Oh and im sure you'll need it matey . Good to see that your recent bad experience hasnt discouraged you . bornslippy
A pair of new glasses without which i would be completely unable to tackle up. And theres nothing worse than trying to put the bait on while impersonating Mr Magoo . On the witching hour
gregrot
A pair of Harrison cerbera carp rods in 3lb test curve. Didn't particularly like the duplon butts on them so they've been changed to shrink. Can't wait to have a good bash with them now but can't pick them up until next saturday

newmarket
Tbh stevey i'm trying em out on a recomendation at the moment . I cant seem to settle on any paticular hook at the mo , i got a few different brands , these along with the fox arma's , gamakatsu's , owners , and a couple of others , the names of which escape me at the minute . Oh yeah the good ole muggas .... I even picked up some enormous fox series 4 longshanks which are bright silver . I actually got the idea for the 175's off my uncle many years ago who used em in scotland salmon fishing . He said they would land a bull shark

Sounds like you had a great 21st I've still been using a food source boilie as the cold weather hasn't really bit yet. I'll be moving to maggots on one rod when I manage to get on the bank again and gauging it from there.

Roller wheel lights virtually nonexistent, can't be seen unless totally dark with no ambient light, same with the receiver can hardly see which led has lit And that's after setting them to max brightness. Had a run at half one in morning last week, didn't know which rod to hit

39bof
Do they have a jack socket underneath? If they do you, could get a set of illuminating bobbins from a number of sources that would run off it. Just like the ones I have bought just the other day. BOF
