iberiancarpa Posted October 22, 2012 Report Share Posted October 22, 2012 I had a problem with the receiver with my ATTs alarms.The problem being that the volume control was set on the same setting so I couldn't turn the volume up or down, not a major problem as I could still hear it but I like to have it set quiet during the day and full blast at night. I contacted ATT and told them what the problem was, the guy on the phone told me that it would cost me £10-£15 pound to fix but he would confirm this when he had received the receiver. I sent it off to him on the Wednesday afternoon at 3.0 pm. I called them the next day to see if they had received it and I was told they had and they had already fixed it at no cost 10 am the next morning it was at my house. 43 hour turn around, fixed for free, sent back to me special next day delivery,even though the guarantee had run out over a year ago! now that is what I call great customer service. The ATT-IW - Illuminating wheel The RRP will be the same as the current alarm heads however you will need to purchase the roller wheels of your choice separately.
