ATT after sales service

I had a problem with the receiver with my ATTs alarms.The problem being that the volume control was set on the same setting so I couldn't turn the volume up or down, not a major problem as I could still hear it but I like to have it set quiet during the day and full blast at night.

I contacted ATT and told them what the problem was, the guy on the phone told me that it would cost me £10-£15 pound to fix but he would confirm this when he had received the receiver. I sent it off to him on the Wednesday afternoon at 3.0 pm. I called them the next day to see if they had received it and I was told they had and they had already fixed it at no cost :shock::D

10 am the next morning it was at my house.

 

43 hour turn around, fixed for free, sent back to me special next day delivery,even though the guarantee had run out over a year ago! now that is what I call great customer service.
