If the site is knowingly facilitating the publication and display of allegations that have no substance or fact they can be prosecuted. However, if the allegations can be backed up by specific and accurate evidence- its not in anyway obliged morally or legally to take it down as no offence has been committed. Trakker- could choose to begin legal action (solicters letter or court action)- and then it would be down to the site to take its own appropriate response.
