from what i hear its full of cray fish, to the point were its unfishable for carp, its apparently doing very well for pike thow

i haven't fished it but a friend has There are two lakes, a match and a specimem lake The match lake is around 5 foot deep,well stocked with plenty of carp averaging 4 - 7lbs Specimen lake the carp are aparently upto 30lbs but the average size is about 9 - 10lbs,pellets work well as does corn, few eels in there over 5lb aswell
