    hi. i know a few people who fish it in the colder months and do weel. the bait of choice seem to be nash squid and scopex red. and if it's quite tutti pop. there dont seem to be really big fish up too about 20lbish, but really nice wild fish. hope this helps and tight lines

    hi. never fished it myself but know people who do. all i can tell you is the island swims are the favorite casting towards it but not to close. the bottom make up is slity in places and very weedy. scopex squid from nash seems to be the bait. tight lines.

    hi. borwick is still open. they hae been building the cafe for at least 2 years now. i have talked to alot of people who fish the main lake with mixed results. i have seen some nice fish in the margins always where the anglers arnt. i have never fished the main lake. i use the small lakes in the summer to tinker with my method mix. the man to get hold of is the fishery manager he's called jimmy. hope this helps. tight lines
