    Hair rigs

i agree with you sam but i dont ahve problems with tangling unless i do something stupid, but i do use anti tangle stuff on my rigs anyway so maybe thats why. also you dont need to use a different amterial for your rigs, when i first started carp fisahing i was using a yellow 15lb mainline for my rigs and it worked fine banking me a 26lb mirror, mono has proberly cuaght half of my carp. Also when it comes down to choosing your hooklink its more down to personal preferance than what other people say, by all means use the infomation we give you on the forum but remember its about what will suit your style of fishiing.
  4. Yea so i dont lick everything i just put a bit of spit on my finger to wet the line. when im tying a new rig i dont bother with that thou becuase its never been in the water.
  5. always the griner knot and knotless knot for me, just amke sure to wet the knot before pulling tight to stop it having to much friction.
  6. I have confidence in nearly all korda gear except their hooklink materials, i have heard so many horror storys about the hooklink materials that i just bother to try, im just gonna stick with kryston.

    Hair rigs

make your mainline 15lb its safer, not neccersary but it would be easier, if your are going to use a braid hooklink use a silk braid such as kryston silkwormbecuase it is much niver to the fish also when you figure out how long ten metres will last you it is worth it.
  8. I love korda gear but i will not use their hooklink material, its kryston all the way becuase well frankly it works, well.
  9. Oh so i take the insert out of the inline lead and then put the safe zone beads inside the hole.
  10. I want to start using safe zone leaders but do you always have to use a lead clip every time becuase on some lakes that i fish i dont need them but i dont want to lose the lead if i dont have to.
  11. Yep google earth should be your friend. if the picture was taken on the right type of day it should help you see layout of the lake (gravel, deep parts and shallow parts).

    pop ups !

Well i dont use popups often my self but i recomend zig rigging the popup and putting a bit of solar rif foam(think that is whwat it is called) to stop the hook hitting the leaves at all, by the time the foam ahs dissolved the pop up should be floating anyway, or maybe use a cork ball left to soak in some sort of attractant for a long time, its what i favour. What i would like to know is what is a snowman rig/bait i heard it is something to do with popups.
  13. Any news on this place. ticket prices? how long is a night ticket?
