used to be a runs water till the fish kill and the EA netted a load of fish .larry put some commons in but i don't think many. no where near as many fish as there used to be .can be noisy on there sometimes gawsworth hall (mac) can be all right

robob i've just got my stoke ticket you'll be well pleased next year when you join some class waters (fish,surroundings)had a walk round bolesworth castle couple of weeks ago its one of them places that looks like no one else has ever fished it and it screams carp its where you'll find me from now on

gawsworth is all right bit pricey first time as you have to pay like a membership to night fish can get busy aswell nice surroundings though and very safe
