  1. Carrying on from November catch result - I'm still here and its now Dec 1st, woke up and moved my 2 rods in open water over to the causeway bank where last nights fish came from - all 3 now on the very back of the wind. Not long after and whilst eating well earned breakfast the new right rod was away and it resulted in a bigger fish of 23. 4lb - fingers crossed for one more whilst I pack up but no complaints - more than happy. Oh had a giant bream as well last night - absolute donkey no pics though sorry.

  2. Hi guys, has anyone tried crushing left over boilies and incorporating them into a boilie base mix, i.e. adding crushed robin red into a tuna etc base mix. carpmanterence senior

    Use of cat food.

TBH mate i cant see why boilies are banned on so many venues when luncheon meat (or any meat for that matter) is allowed. After a time in the water, boilies break down. Due to the high fat content in meat, that doesnt break down at all and if left uneaten, just rots and goes rancid. The amount of arguments ive had trying to get that across on my old club forum is unbelievable. It just seems these Micky Mouse clubs have got it into their heads that if boilies are allowed, then the other fish stocks will be near on impossible to catch cos you will have to use nothing but boilies to catch them
